Be Patient
Because I've been swamped with AP Calculus, Biology, Statistics, Science, Ag, and English. And Scholastic Bowl. And FFA. And copious homework/projects from all of the above. Yesterday I took the second PSAT.
My homecoming pictures are currently on my camera, and I can't get them on the computer right now because the program has mysteriously vanished and all I can say is that if all my pictures on that program have been lost, I'm going to be extremely angry. So even though you may be feeling slighted, hold on a bit. They're not that exciting anyways.

Today I will talk about my shopping trip.
And I know that may be boring. But, I don't care. In fact, I doubt that YOU care, whoever you are. So. Here I go.

1) Sparkly chandelier earrings (to go with Homecoming dress)
2) Knee-high black boots (cannot have until birthday T_T)
3) Denim miniskirt
4) Rainbow striped turtleneck sweater (couldn't resist)
5) Knee-high orange-and-black striped socks (THE most beautiful things you've ever seen)
6) Orange-and-black striped ankle socks
7) Vampire teeth (muahahahahahahaa!)
8) Black lipstick (GROSS! Couldn't help it! Came with the vampire teeth)
9) Black hippie peace-sign necklace (peave, luv, and groove)
10) Silver star ring
11) Jeans

Yay! Stuff.

*sleeps and never wakes up*
Ahh, the weekend. A few days of shoving everything I didn't do during the week into my schedule and trying to make it fit. Well, it isn't all that bad, I guess, but I still have cleaning and party planning (Vicky and I are having a combination 16th birthday party next weekend) and Calculus studying to do. I slept until 11 this morning. (Subconsciously trying to postpone everything?)
Yesterday night, I just finished reading Wild Magic by Tamora Pierce (from The Immortals series, which I never got to read before), Flight by Sherman Alexie (Yes, my goal is to read every word he's published. He's brilliant.), and Samurai Deeper Kyo Volume 1, a new manga series I'm starting. Right now I'm in the middle of Bleach Volume 10 and Dark Symphony by Christine Feehan. Lined up and ready to be devoured, I have Bleach Volume 11, and Wintersmith by Terry Pratchett.
Well, must be off to tackle limits, removable and unremovable continuity, and the like.

Whew, At Last
Finally! Stupid thing wouldn't let me log on. So I had to go digging in my computer and turn on cookies again, which somehow turned itself off. Stupid cookies. Why do they even call it cookies anyways?
I've decided that Sherman Alexie is one of my new Favorite Authors Of All Time (FAOAT - check out my new sidebar section!). I just finished reading The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, after having read "Indian Education" in my copy of the Bedford Reader. He is officially amazing.
I also got my hands on that Plain White T's album I wanted, All That We Needed. YAY! Now I'm adding the Moulin Rouge soundtrack to my wishlist, but I'll probably buy that myself soon.
I've been kinda sick, but I'm feeling better now. Not much else has been happening.

Look! Angela has a boyfriend!

It's true!!!!! The picture up top is proof. His name is Derek. Don't they look happy? And on the bottom is us at the restaurant where we met for lunch. This was back in mid-August, but Dad reminded me to post a pic, so I did.

Mmm, chicken casserole and burnt flesh...
I burned my thumb on the oven today while cooking a chicken and rice casserole. It hurts really bad.. :(
Mom says she's doing well at training in RI.
We had a Biology test today, and the teacher had spent all yesterday talking about how VERY hard it was, but it turned out to not be so bad at all. Maybe he just likes psyching us out.
Weeeeeeeell, not much else to post about.

Urrrgghh *pounds morning headache from skull*
Today Mom left for Weight Watcher job training in RI. So until Sunday it's just me and Dad. They both left for the airport at 6:00 so now I'm eating breakfast and listening to the cricket chirp. There's a cricket hiding beside the file cabinet and he's just singing his poor little heart out. I told him that he wasn't going to find any lady crickets in our basement, but he's a persistent thing. It's slightly annoying, but I don't want to kill him. I kind of want to put him outside, but.... I don't really want to handle him, either. :? Eh, he's in between the cabinet and the shelf anyway. If he's still here tonight I'll get him.
Today I think we're going to the river in Gov school...
It's also Vicky's 16th birthday!!!!! So I'm bringing brownies to school. Oftentimes, if you bring baked goods to school, you either have to hide them on your person or bring along a large bodyguard, because otherwise you get mugged. It's like, walking in the slums of India holding a tray of cupcakes. But... most people are afraid of me, beacuse if they touch my brownies I will get mean. Rrrrrrr.
Defend the brownies!

First Day
First day of school was all right, finally got my bus arrangments meshed out.
Afternoons at Stonewall are AP Calculus (in which I am the only junior) and Bio II, which is actually sort of like AP Bio, according to the teacher, who spent about a half hour telling us (discouragingly) how exceedingly difficult the class will be. But I guess he just wants the people who will drop it to drop it by the deadline so he won't have to deal with the, er, non-hardcore people for the rest of the semester. Both classes gave me gigantic, three-inch hardbound textbooks that are heavy by themselves, and are crazy insane together. Fortunately I have lockers at both Gov. school and high school, so it won't be too bad. Now I just have to remember two combinations. Grrrrreat.
Got last year's yearbook today. *rolls eyes* Yep, that's how we roll around here.
Hope your week got off to a good start.
